What we do most
Sliding glass door & window repair
A dragging patio slider is almost always a hardware problem, not a door problem. We rebuild the running gear with heavy-duty stainless hardware built for salt air, so you keep the door you have at a fraction of replacement cost.
Sliding glass door roller repair
Worn rollers are the number one reason a slider drags. We replace them with heavy-duty stainless assemblies and re-level the door so it glides with one finger.
Sliding door track repair
Pitted, bent or corroded tracks get capped or replaced so the new rollers don't wear out in a season.
Handle repair & replacement
Broken, loose or mismatched handles replaced with hardware that fits your exact door profile.
Lock repair
Latches, mortise locks and keyed cylinders repaired or upgraded so the door secures properly every time.
Sliding screen door repair
Torn mesh, bent frames, stuck wheels and missing hardware on sliding screen doors and patio screen panels. We re-screen with durable fiberglass or pet-rated mesh, replace rollers and straighten frames so the screen glides behind the main door again.
Glass replacement
Fogged, cracked or shattered panes replaced in sliding glass doors and windows.
Window balancer repair
Single-hung and double-hung windows that slam shut or won't stay up get new balancers and shoes.
Leak & weatherseal repair
We track down the actual water path, then re-seal, re-glaze or replace failed weep and gasket systems.
Door re-alignment & tune-up
Sagging or binding panels squared, adjusted and lubricated so the door closes and locks the way it should.
Patio door hardware upgrades
Anti-lift kits, child locks, foot bolts and security bars added to existing sliding glass doors.

Frequently asked questions
Should I repair or replace my sliding glass door?
+
Repair is the right call in most cases. If the frame and glass are sound and the door only drags, sticks or won't lock, the problem is hardware — rollers, track or lock — and a repair costs a fraction of replacement. Replace the door when the frame is rotted or bent, the glass is failing in multiple panels, or you want impact-rated protection you don't have today.
How long does a sliding glass door repair take?
+
Most repairs are finished in one visit, typically 1-3 hours. Roller and track jobs run about 2 hours per door, handle and lock swaps under an hour, and screen re-screening under an hour. Glass replacement takes two visits because the pane is measured first and ordered to size.
What are the signs my door needs roller or track repair?
+
Call for roller or track service if the door takes two hands to move, grinds or squeals, jumps off the rail, leaves metal dust in the track, sits crooked in the frame, or won't line up with the lock. Those are all running-gear symptoms, not glass problems.
Do you offer same-day or emergency service?
+
Yes. We're based in Dania Beach and keep common rollers, tracks, handles and locks on the truck, so same-day and next-day appointments are usually available across Broward. Broken glass, a door that won't lock or a slider stuck open gets priority scheduling.
What does your warranty cover?
+
We provide a 10-year limited warranty on new installations and a 2-year limited warranty on repairs. Both cover our workmanship and the parts we supply — they are limited warranties, not unconditional guarantees, so storm damage, impact, forced entry and neglected tracks aren't included.
What areas of South Florida do you serve?
+
We serve all of Broward County, all of Miami-Dade County and all of Palm Beach County — including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Plantation, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington and Sunny Isles Beach.
