Broward County city repair pages

Coastal salt exposure, older aluminum sliders and wide inland patio openings call for different inspections. Choose your city for local repair guidance.

All cities and nearby coverage

Coastal wear and heavy panels need different fixes.

Salt, sand and pool-deck grit can damage both rollers and their running surface. We assess the rail and wheels together, check latch alignment and select compatible parts for the existing door.

For impact-rated sliders, panel weight, hardware and building access affect the work. We quote these onsite rather than treating them as a standard door repair.

“Called about a slider that hadn't moved in years. Ben had it gliding with one finger the same day — new rollers and a cleaned-up track instead of a whole new door.”
