Roller, track, handle, lock, screen, balancer, seal and glass repairs.
Impact windows, impact doors and new sliding glass door systems we install are covered for 10 years against defects in our workmanship — anchoring, sealing, buck work and installation-related water intrusion. Manufacturer coverage on the window or door unit itself is separate and provided by the manufacturer.
Roller, track, handle, lock, screen, balancer, weatherseal and glass repairs are covered for 2 years against failure of the workmanship and the hardware we supplied. If the part we installed fails in normal use within that window, we come back and make it right.
Both warranties are limited warranties covering our workmanship and the parts we supply. They are not blanket, unconditional guarantees on the door, window or building. Normal wear, damage caused by storms, impact, forced entry, corrosion from unmaintained tracks, work performed by others and pre-existing structural or frame conditions are not covered.
Keep tracks clean and clear of sand and debris, don't force a binding panel, and call us before another contractor works on the same door or window. Coverage applies to the original customer at the original service address.
