Cooper City patio door repairs
Flat spots, seized bearings and the wrong roller assemblies can make a patio door feel much heavier than it should. We inspect the panel and rail together, match the hardware to the door, and adjust its height and alignment.
If the panel is upright and secure, leave it in place. Don't force it or try lifting the glass.

Built around Cooper City homes
From established homes in Rock Creek and Flamingo Gardens to larger openings in Monterra, a sticking slider doesn't tell the whole story. The frame may be sound while worn running hardware does all the damage.
Cooper City is inland. We don't treat every door as a beachfront salt-air problem: daily use, grit, leaves, pool-side moisture and panel weight all matter. We inspect your actual door, not just its age.
Cooper City repair pricing
Standard sliding door repairs run $99–$375 per panel. Hardware, rail condition and the scope of work determine the quote. Glass replacement and new installations are separate.

Heavy impact panels, multiple moving panels, specialized hardware and access can change the complexity. A free onsite estimate lets us assess the system before giving an exact impact-door repair price.

“Called about a slider that hadn't moved in years. Ben had it gliding with one finger the same day — new rollers and a cleaned-up track instead of a whole new door.”

Screens & replacement options
A torn screen or dragging screen wheel is a different problem from a heavy glass panel. We assess mesh, wheels and alignment so you can discuss both repairs in one estimate request.

If the frame is compromised or the existing system isn't worth repairing, we also install impact windows and doors. We'll discuss the opening and suitable replacement options rather than promising that new rollers fix structural damage.

Standard sliding door repairs are $99–$375 per panel, depending on the hardware, track condition and work required. Impact sliding door repairs require an onsite estimate to assess panel weight, hardware access and labor complexity. Glass replacement and new installations are quoted separately.
Yes, when the existing system is suitable for repair and compatible hardware is available. Heavy impact panels may require different roller assemblies and handling than standard doors. An onsite inspection is needed to assess complexity and give an accurate repair price. A hardware repair does not certify or change a door's hurricane rating.
We serve Cooper City, including Embassy Lakes, Rock Creek, Flamingo Gardens, Cooper Colony Estates and Monterra. Include your neighborhood, gate access and any association requirements in your estimate request so we can discuss the visit.
It may help if the running rail is worn and suitable for capping. We also check roller compatibility, panel clearance and alignment. A stainless cap is not appropriate for every damaged track, particularly if the frame is unstable or drainage would be obstructed.
Stop operating the door and keep people and pets away. Do not lift, pry or try to reset a heavy glass panel yourself. Call and explain whether the panel is leaning, glass is damaged or the opening cannot be secured.
Not automatically. If the frame and glass are sound, rollers, track work and alignment may solve the problem. Structural damage, failing glass or an unsuitable system may make replacement more appropriate. We assess the existing door first.
Repairs have a 2-year limited warranty on our workmanship and hardware we supply, subject to the published warranty terms and exclusions. New installations have a 10-year limited workmanship warranty; manufacturer coverage is separate.
Yes. We assess screen mesh, wheels and alignment. Screen repair is different from glass panel replacement or heavy sliding door repair, so describe each problem when requesting your estimate.
