The short answer
If the panel is leaning, off the track or the glass is cracked, keep kids and pets away and don't try to lift it. Glass panels are very heavy.

Impact-rated (hurricane) sliding doors are a different job. The panels are much heavier because of the laminated glass, the rollers and tracks are often brand-specific, and the frames are built to strict Florida code. Two impact doors that look the same can need very different parts and labor.
